This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the sales intermediary services through the Website.

to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent given by the User, if they have subscribed to the newsletter;
data provided in the form is processed for the purpose arising from the specific purpose of the form;
Data is collected only to the extent that is adequate, necessary, and essential for the purposes for which it is processed.
Each data subject has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. We reserve the right to process the User’s personal data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for asserting possible claims before a court or if national or EU regulations or international law obligate us to retain data.
Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. The Administrator makes every effort to protect data against unauthorized access by third parties and applies high-level organizational and technical security measures in this regard.

This involves using the User’s personal data to evaluate certain characteristics, particularly to analyze or predict aspects regarding personal preferences, interests, location, or movement.

Processors to whom the Company has entrusted the processing of personal data under a relevant agreement, acting on behalf of the Company, if necessary to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party;

User data is not, by default, transferred outside the European Economic Area nor to international organizations. If data is transferred to recipients in third countries, the Company will use the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission that establish basic data security guarantees for the User.

These features may collect certain information about visitors to our site, such as IP address or browsing history, and may install cookies in the visitor’s browser. Please note that the processing of personal data collected this way is subject to the privacy policies of the social media operators and therefore is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

For the performance of agreements or services, data will be processed for the duration of the agreement or service, and, in justified cases, after their completion, but only if permitted or required by applicable law (e.g. processing for statistical, accounting, or legal claims purposes). In such cases, data will only be processed for the time necessary to achieve the relevant purposes.
